You can download the latest stable version from sourceforge.net
Version 3.2 is avaliable for download.
Now only core required modules are included in the main package and all other are released separately.
We are also creating separate package for core updates only. This will make it possible for you to download only the core and upload it on your server. And You do not have to worry about the rest of your installation.
